Rated 3 out of 5 by lots of great recipes... i just wish there were more that were quick recipes. I am not a chef. I dont want cooking healthy vegan food to feel like a job or a chore. Im the only vegan in my house so im just cooking for me. Maybe there is a better book out there for me. This is great just not exactly what im looking for. 01/20/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by The book was exactly what I wanted. Since I'm trying to do a few meatless days a week, this book has lots of ways to prepare regular food you have in the pantry in a "vegan" style. 12/21/2012
