Rated 5 out of 5 by Happy with purchase. I had one bad bag, but customer service was great. They sent me a replacement within a week. Not only did they replace the bad bag but they sent me a whole new box at no cost! 06/12/2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by 2 bags have torn so far do not throw away receipt After opening 2 boxes out of 4 that I had ordered, so far 2 bags have torn from the bottom. Keep the receipt, I was unable to find mine so I cannot return items that have been torn 09/08/2012
