This pedometer claims to have "3-d sensing" to work at any angle - just drop it in your pocket. But when you do that the steps registered were from 50-75% OVER the actual step count. Looking at the directions you see that the pedometer must be held vertically plus/minus 30 degrees to work accurately, but there is no clip or any other attachment to allow you to hold it in the required position. Apparently other models in this Sportline range are known to have this gross counting overestimation. If the steps are not counted accurately all of the other features become worthless. It's going back!!

I bought this 3wks ago, and it has been accurate to the best of my knowledge, my problem with it, is that it has no clip, and if your wearing shorts it will bounce'g around in your pocket.
The instructions say its supposed to be kept close to the body and not in loose shorts etc. so I put it in my waist band and pulled my shorts tight. Well that worked till I got sweaty and the back got wet, and now there is some rust/moisture in the battery area and I had to reset it. It still works but I wouldn't have another one.
Rated 5 out of 5 by windingroads I love this pedometer. I put it in the small pocket on the front of my jeans or in the small zipper pocket on the belt of my fanny pack and it works fine. I like that it shows the steps, miles, minutes and time
