Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor Customer Relations I started putting this wheelbarrow together and here's what I found. The pan of the wheelbarrow has 4 round holes punched in it to receive 4 bolts to secure the pan to the handles. Enclosed were 4 carriage bolts, which have a square piece just below the head to keep it from turning, and keep it secure. Regular bolts have a round shaft from threads to the head. I called the company and asked how the square headed bolts were supposed to fit inside the round punched holes. The lady I spoke with said if I tightened the bolts enough that they would make their own square holes. This is a metal wheelbarrow! I stated I didn't believe her and she said she'll have an engineer call me the next day. Next day she called and said everyone was busy but that the question of the bolts had come up and they will fit. She said they will not ship the bolts with the round shaft. It is a true case of a square bolt fitting in a round hole! Stupid!! Because the square bolts don't fit means the pan is not watertight, so what use is it? I was a mechanic for years and I have never seen a punched round hole transformed into a square one. Enough said. I don't blame Walmart because it isn't their product, but would hope they would check on this problem themselves. Don't buy this. 06/02/2012
