Pillow is very relaxing and soft (but very solid) and provides support on the both sides to keep your neck/head from turning left or right. I have spinal stenosis and it helps keep my neck stationary while I sleep. The only complaint I have is that I have a long neck and the height of the pillow before the head indentation is a little too high. The height causes a little pulling. I am trying to squish down that area so it won't pose a problem. Otherwise, the pillow is great! It's very well made!

Rated 5 out of 5 by nitecereus great for side sleepers. Feels stiff at first but is most comfortable pillow yet. No back of neck stiffness in the morning and that was a problem before.

Pillow is to hard, but if you don't mind firm then you will love it.

I'm a side and back sleeper; I have used this pillow for years and it has helped my neck tremendously. I don't wake up with a sore neck every morning like I used to before using this pillow. You can flip it over for neck length which is nice because sometimes I just need a little change.
