Rated 5 out of 5 by heymudda An excellent and thoughtful choice of Americans to highlight. Illustration was wonderful. I am disappointed that this book can only be purchased online. I have shown it to my friends who will be purchasing it for their children. We would have preferred to pick it up at the store to wrap for christmas and birthday gifts. I will buy additional copies but from a book store. This was a missed opportunity for Wal-mart - selling it in the store would have been great!

I found this book to be very informative and educational for all children. The book is very well written and the illustrations are colorful and quite eye catching.

and I can't wait for her to open her gift..I know she will love it. It arrived fast and in great shape

Rated 5 out of 5 Love the book! Very inspiring and good for persons of all ages. The book can be a great gift for boys and girls, and holds many lessons from American History that will inspire!

I have to admit that I was skeptical about buying this book. I am not an Obama supporter, but I heard that this book was great for teaching children about diversity - so I looked at it with an open mind. I purchased it to read to my Kindergarten class.

I was excited to get this book for my son & it meets all of my expectations! It's educational & shows all different kinds of American kids-which is great! Short, sweet & to the point with awesome illustrations!
