When the stock mirrors on a mid-sized sport ute won't cover an 8' wide camper trailer these will at least tell you if "something" is there or not when you change lanes. You will have to get the straps TIGHT or they'll move around and shake more than they already do so I can certainly see the concern about how you get replacements after these start cracking.
Have a helper help adjust the passenger side mirrors or you'll wear yourself and your driver seat out running back and forth adjusting that side. Get them dialed in, mark each one L/R, and tighten down the knobs on the back and screws for the arms, that will help keep having to readjust them every time you remove/reattach a minimum.
The "inner" or larger mirror shakes quite a bit so the image is blurry but you can at least tell that something is there so don't change lanes. The "outer" or smaller one is a bit much on the convex side so it's next to impossible to judge distance but does help let you know when you're about to curb it or a car is coming up at some point.
I'm wondering if the single mirror suction cup one wouldn't have been better, and yes I would have had sense enough to thoroughly clean the mirror before attaching. Overall this one is not that bad except probably would have been better just one large mirror rather than two smaller, and those straps may become a concern if they break or start cracking from having to get them so tight. Oh, and black tape or zip tie the excess strap down or they'll flop all over the place in the wind.

Rated 1 out of 5 by LadyFireCaptain OK at first, didn't last
They were great at first but we have had them for about 8 months and have used them for 4 long weekend camping trips. On the 3rd trip a few weekends ago, one of the straps broke. You can see where the rubber straps are very cracked. Then this last weekend, we took off and another strap on the other mirror broke and the mirror came off. We had to stop and go get it. We used some bungees to strap it for the rest of the trip. We checked the store and I checked the internet, hoping to find new rubber straps but no go. When not in actual use, we keep the straps inside our travel trailer and out of the sun and weather. This should not have happened.
Rated 4 out of 5 by vonsgone This is my second one, this one for the passenger side. Does very well and the price is great(alot cheaper online then in the store). Some shaking when on the highway but if you fully tighten the adjustment bars it is not bad at all. The only negative I have and the reason I gave it only 4 stars is I don't see where you can buy replacement straps. For the price, I guess they are throw aways after the staps break..

They were better than expected. They were easy to install and fit great on both of my rigs. Once the mirrors are adjusted, your ready too go.

I bought these mirrors for backing my 30 foot rv. I don't use them towing even though they fit very securely. I have an 09 F150 with large mirrors and the adjustment on the these mirrors allow for a good fit. They are a great value for the price.

rubber straps are to short to go around stock trailblazer mirror--made same way for both sides,so passenger side plastic hooks, don't really have enough room to hook together right.
