Overall, a good tool box. It has metal locking latches, and none of the built-in parts containers on top to pop open later on and spill parts.
The tool tray inside features small holes on the left and right edges for, I believe, holding 1/4" bits like Phillips, Allen, etc.
I bought this toolbox because a comparable toolbox from Sears was at least $25. My original toolbox was from Wal-Mart also, but stolen while in my car recently.
Unlike my previous toolbox this has a slightly better feel and closes well.
Sufficient room in the bottom for the average user who will need to include quite a few tools.
Additionally, since the top is a little bit higher, I was able to velcro a flashlight underneath the top, out of the way of my tooltray, to provide a convenient storage for lighting.

I BOUGHT THIS FROM WALMART.COM BECAUSE SEARS WANTED $25 TO $30 FOR THE SAME SIZE BOX AND WALMART HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD TO
THE TRAY HAS 14 BIT HOLES , 7 HOLES ON EACH SIDE OF THE TRAY.IF YOU HAVE LOOSE TORX BITS IT'S GREAT TO ORGANIZE THEM.IT HOLDS A 20 INCH 3/8 EXTENSION BAR WITH EASE IN THE TRAY. THE BOX IS DEEP INSIDE AND IT'S BUILT STURDY.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO USE EVERYDAY.

I needed an inextensive toolbox to hold enough tools for daily use. This one meets all my expectations.

I am not using this for a tool box, I am using this as a medicine holder since I cannot find a medicine box this size and a space for a lock. However, it is nice for the home but it seems that it can be broken into easily.
