Overall the unit is great. It appears to be accurate (compared this unit with manual BP measurement using stehtescope) and compact. I hate the voice so I turn that down low so I don't have to listen..so no problem. If you have small arms, you may have trouble with the standard cuff. I don't have tiny arms or anything, but the standard cuff had to be taken down to almost as small as it would go. I'm sure the XL cuff will handle just about any large arm. Overall, I'd give this a definite thumbs up for accuracy, ease of use and it would be suitable for an older person (non-tech oriented) to monitor their blood pressure.

Rated 2 out of 5 by smlady5 nice bp monitor, lots of nice features but it is not accurate. Blood pressure problem is a very serious condition so a monitor that is accurate is a must.
