Rated 5 out of 5 by Soft, comfortable, use less, cleans well! I used to get skid marks in my undershorts. With this toilet paper my undershorts stay clean and so does my bottom. Cleans better than I would say all other toilet papers. If you realize it does not take a lot to get clean the rolls last a long time. It is comfortable if you have sensitive skin like I do, compared to other toilet papers. 05/08/2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor Product I've been buying Charmin for years but will not continue to do so. Your quality control has totally gone awry. Starting with the way the end of the roll is glued down, progressing to the two plys that do not hold together, and ending with the unpleasant feel of the product, everything about Charmin Ultra has become a disappointment. What has happened to your Quality Control Department?? Even I Star is too high a rating. 05/06/2013

We have especially seen it with this purchase. This has not been the first time. It makes us want to go to another brand. Disappointed! 04/09/2013
