These insoles fit my feet and feel wonderful. With these my daily dress shoes feel like my running shoes. Short of having custom insoles made at a foot doctor for about $300.00 this is the best thing for me.
Rated 2 out of 5 by yellowstonegirl77 Inaccurate reading
This product doesn't customize the orthotic as it advertises, it merely scans your foot and suggests a premade product. That would be fine if the scanner worked. It doesn't. It said that I have severe flat feet, in reality I have extremely high arches, which cause supination and severe pain in my right foot (this is what the podiatrist told me and is fairly obvious if you look at my feet.) It also said that I put too much pressure on my heel, when the ball of my foot is the problem. This may work for some, but I was given a terrible diagnosis from their high tech, but ineffective machine. If you have severe foot problems, spend the extra $50 and purchase a pair of custom made orthotics (which you send off for and are mold to your feet specifically).
Rated 5 out of 5 by gds62 Very satisfied
For a pre-made orthotic, I am very happy. I was hesitant at first to spend $50, but decided to give it a try. I really don't know anything about the accuracy of the scanner, but, fortunately, they felt extremely comfortable the first time I slid them inside my shoe. I have since bought an additional pair so I don't have to keep switching inserts when wearing a different pair of shoes. I'm actually thinking of buying a third pair.
I hope they work for everyone else. For me, it was better than paying several hundred at a podiatrist.

thought this would help after being on feet all day my feet and back are sore. I started using two weeks ago. soon got sore shins and thought maybe adjusting to product. then got crick in the neck and thought this happened before maybe not inserts. then back pain and leg pain got unbearable and thought NEVER has pain been this bad this long. took inserts out yesterday and feel much better today. threw away package so I paid $50 for 2 weeks of pain. well lesson learned.
Rated 4 out of 5 by DavidicusMaximus Finally - relief from my plantar faciitis!
Finally - relief from my plantar faciitis! Not a total solution, but reduced pain after using them for 2 months now. I have tried numerous products first, and they all fall far short of these soft, yet very supportive CF's. I have since bought several pairs for my other shoes that I like to wear often. I like the 3/4 length as they leave room for my toes. They don't slip around once your foot is in your shoe, but just make sure not to move them when putting your shoes on. One problem that I have is that they do not work well in one particular pair of dress shoes which already have some inherent arch support. There is too much support in those shoes when using the CF's, and I don't know which product to purchase for those pair. Dr. Scholls does not tell you how to adjust for that.
Rated 1 out of 5 by SC29006 The cushion in these inserts reduced the shock from walking on concrete floors and I had hoped that the Dr. Scholl's foot mapping technology would recommend an insert that would fit the contours of my feet and provide the necessary support to alleviate my heal pain resulting from plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately, they were not rigid enough to provide enough support to eliminate this pain. However, I did find two brands of inserts (orthotics) online that helped my plantar fasciitis, Superfeet and Powerstep. If you are experiencing pain from plantar fasciitis, you may find a rigid insert such as Superfeet or Powerstep more helpful.
Rated 2 out of 5 by zoeydog1 They are way overpriced
Rated 5 out of 5 by Diva Great comfort and pain reliever
I received Dr. Scholls to review from a program and I am so thankful for them. Our legs hold up our weight and our feet takes the brunt of it.
It feels awesome to have a reliever and it feels like walking on air.

Worked great. Really helped my feet feel better. I would definitely recommend these.

I bought a set of cf420 last week and my feet feel much better! The shoes I was wearing didn't give me the arch support I need and my left foot would ache at the end of the day. I use these all day and feel much better at the end of the day. I'm considering a few more pairs so I don't have to keep moving them between my shoes.
Rated 2 out of 5 wore out in 8 months
Bought these for work and there was a hole worn through in less than 8 months. Not very happy taking they cost what they do. they worked well while they lasted but not buying another pair. Figured these would last much much longer.

I am a nurse and am on my feet 12+ hrs a day. These inserts are wonderful! I highly recommend them. No, they're not cheap but they work!
Rated 3 out of 5 by rocahl Take up too much room in shoes
The ones I bought were fit 110. Though they feel like they could work, they take up too much room in my shoes. This makes me shoes extremely tight and and uncomfortable. It's too bad because I believe they could work, however I can't go out and buy shoes and half size bigger to make these work. I'm sending in for a refund because I can't use them.
Rated 5 out of 5 by AngryGerman Appalachian Trail through hiker has great success with the 440 inserts
While planning an Appalachian Trail through hike it was imperative that I find high quality insoles that would go the distance day in and day out. In comes Dr. Scholl's. After the short process of finding out what number I was I purchased a set of 440's and off I went. First pair of insoles lasted 700 plus miles on the AT with 100 miles of training hikes. Second pair lasted 550 miles with the third going the remaining distance of 950 miles. Not only is the longevity of these insoles fantastic, but the comfort is on point, surpassing that of those prescribed by doctors. Regardless if I walked 15 or 30 miles in a day my feet were never sore and the next day my feet were ready to go again. When fellow long distance hikers asked what insoles I was wearing, most were shocked I was rocking the Dr. Scholl's with most converting to this product and thanking me down the trail. You folks came up with a great product that I will not only purchase for my upcoming long distance treks, but recommend to every hiker that asks me about your awesome product. Thanks Dr. Scholl's!

I use the 110 number and they work great. I have a high arch and these insoles really help.
Rated 2 out of 5 by JacobS Inserts are great, availability is a problem
It seems these machines tend to recommend 440's most of the time. It does for me, and every time I go to buy replacements or pairs for other shoes, I find that the machines have the 440's completely sold out, and all of the other types are mostly full. The inserts themselves do work great, but the system is flawed if they stock they same amount of 440's as all the other models, then are always out of the 440's so they're next to impossible to find. I went to three stores today looking for some and every one was bare shelf sold out. It seems like it's not worth the frustration... that was a lot of time and energy that I won't get back.

I did not think the Dr. Scholl's machine would work. It had to be a scam, but I was desperate. I am 62 years old. 6"1" and 300 lbs. I am on my feet most of 8 or 9 hours a day and I was suffering. Well, it worked. I have one bad foot from a birth defect. It is not really noticeable, but anytime I have trouble with my feet it is that one. I am walking better with more energy and my feet feel so much better at the end of the day. Thank you.
I wish I had known about the availability of a $10.00 coupon before I purchased the orthotics. CF440 by the way.

Bought my first pair three weeks ago. They are already worn out and uncomfortable. I wish I still had my receipt so that I could request my money back. Next time I'll just use the $50 towards a new pair of boots.
Rated 5 out of 5 by MissDurn Can't live without them
I bought a pair after one of the dancers on a touring show recommended them to me. I am on my feet 12 to 16 hours a day and most of the time on concrete. I go through a pair every three months, but my feet, legs and lower back always thank me for it. I rotate my old ones to the really dirty shoes and rain boots. The only problem I ever have is finding the ones I need in stock. Now that I found I can order them online I'll probably start doing that. They are well worth the price!
Rated 5 out of 5 by dcstoo THESE INSERTS WORK!!!
I experienced pain in my feet all day, everyday while I was walking bare-foot during the summer--the balls of my feet and big toes where killing me!!! Pain killers and messages didn't stop the pain. I bought the Dr. Scholl's inserts, but didn't put them in my shoes for a couple of weeks--why, I don't know. I put them in my shoes and the results were immediate and unbelievable--NO MORE PAIN!!!!
BUY THESE INSERTS FOR YOU SORE, ACHING FEET--THEY REALLY WORK!!!

I have had both knees replaced and have worn expensive orthotics for years. Medicare will no longer cover these so I tried Dr. Scholl's Custom Fit orthotic inserts #320. What a relief. My feet feel wonderful, better than they have felt in years. I am saving my dollars now to buy a second pair. Thanks!
Rated 5 out of 5 by skunk I Love These!
I bought a pair a few years ago and they wear really well. True, I am not hard on shoes, but I wear them in winter boots, hiking boots, tennis shoes, anything that is a full shoe, except for women's dress shoes because they are too wide. I use Dr. Scholl's for women in those. They don't work as well for me, but I still find them helpful. I switch the orthotics into whatever shoes I want to wear, it doesn't take long, and is more than worth it. My feet are pretty flat, so I really need the extra support. I wear the 440's and they work great for me. My first pair which is about 3-years-old is still going strong. I would like to get another pair or two just for convenience, but I don't HAVE to. I would think I am in the vast minority of people who these last so long for, but they wear quite well for me. Shoes are one area where I will pay to have quality, so that probably contributes to having them wear well, but for some reason I can wear the same pair of shoes everyday for long periods of time and they don't wear very much. All I can say is for whatever reason, lucky me!
Rated 5 out of 5 by SVE57 this product is excellent
This product was recommended to me by a podiatrist and is excellent. Works even better than a custom made orthotic I paid a lot more money for, and it was a lot faster and easier to get. Also it felt great from the beginning and did not require any breaking in time. It has lasted a long time and is still working for me.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Aloha Best for athletic type shoes......
Getting ready to purchase my 3rd pair of the inserts. They work very well for my husband and me. HOWEVER if you are using them in women's shoes be careful. They work well in gym type shoes but for dress shoes not so much.....too wide. For us they are effective for about 6 months before we need to replace them.
Rated 4 out of 5 by detailsmatter innacurate packaging
The package the inserts come in has a picture on the back which has an arrow pointing to the sole of the insert. It says "exceptional heel cushioning"- this is clearly the sole not the heel. This is a huge mistake in the packaging which surprised me that it wasnt caught before the inserts were marketed and produced. This could lead to putting the inserts in backwards if you dont use common sense- otherwise good product with poor editing in the package details with no instuctions and an innacurate picture description.
Rated 1 out of 5 by BCW36 Alters your shoe size
The problem I have had with these is they are thick and when placed on my current insole as instructed they make the shoe too small in certain areas. My heel wants to come out of the shoe, or they are too tight on the tops of my feet. You need a shoe atleast a half size bigger for these to fit properly when used. So beforfe you spend the $40-$50 think about how your current shoes fit, and decide if you have enough room to put anything else in there.
Rated 1 out of 5 by saj1371 great idea poor execution
This seems like a great idea but won't work unless you put both feet on it and for people like myself with an amputation it won't read
Rated 4 out of 5 by MrT52 Feel Great, but...
They don't fit well in dress shoes. I had to buy some wider casual shoes.
But, after 2 surgeries on my right foot they work perfect for me!
Rated 4 out of 5 by rjgmkg feeling much better
I have high arches. Most shoes do not help with that. I have been using the foot ball insert from dr scholls til I could afford to buy an custom orthotic insert. It has made a difference in just 2 days. I just wish they were not so expensive.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Janie21 Inserts don't work in womens dress shoes or most shoes
I purchased the Custom Fit Orthotics and was directed to CF220. These do not fit in any of my shoes. Not my dress shoes, not my boots, not my casual shoes. The only thing they fit in were a pair of golf shoes that happened to be a little wider than I usually buy.
I think these will only work in oversize tennis shoes.
