Rated 5 out of 5 by mom2010 I ordered this product after months of deliberation, I liked this set the best because it looked like it had plenty of space between the top and lower bunk. Well I was very happy when we got it all set up I had enough head room to sit up and read to my kids! The ladder is the type that rests on the floor, because I didn't want the weight of everyone climbing on the bed to be on the structure of the bed, I wanted our weight to be on the floor. The ladder seems strong enough for normal use. I am very happy with this product. 01/01/2010
