Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome. Back to the basics! I love this book. I think it brings the basics of healthy eating and exercise to life. Yes, its an extremely easy read too! I love the good and bad habit breakdown. Makes things feel really attainable. It looks easy, but does take some work and discipline. This book has motivated me to eat right and get exercising. 02/01/2010

Rated 1 out of 5 by Avoid it I bought the Mayo Clinic figuring it would help me improve my health. I was shocked about how poorly written this book is, and juvenile in its content. Eat right, do not snack, exercise. Really? What about a plan! But was really shocking that The Mayo Clinic Diet recommended processeds foods such as evapoarted milk, margarine!!!1 I guess the economy took a toll on them that they need more patients. I' m returning it. 01/17/2010
