Our school needed several archery sets for one of our classes. We ordered 4 of these sets, but we only opened one when they arrived. We used that one set and determined immediately that is was JUNK.
The strings were so loose they were practically falling off of the bows. The bow did not even have enough power to shoot the arrow a few feet. It looks good in the photo, but does not work in real life. Also, one arrow broke into pieces and the others lost their tips or some of their feathers - even with a really weak bow.

My son of 9 years has been using bow and arrow everyday in our backyard for past two weeks. He loves it. This will last a long time since it is high quality. No complaints.

My son is 9 years old and just loved this. We set it up in the yard and he was able to shoot at targets. i would definitely recommend this product.

I bought my last Bear bow from Walmart in the 1980's, I think. I thought Bear was a great company then and I am still using the bow, a Prong Horn Hunter. That is why I purchased the Lil' Brave 2 for my granddaughter.
The bow looks good except for the arrow rest. It is flimsy and hard for me to use. I think it would be unusable for my granddaughter. The bow looks like it may take an after-market rest and I have one on hand, but the instructions say to take the bow to a service center to change out the rest.
Yes, I know it is a 50 dollar bow and I should not expect much for that price, but I am disappointed at what Bear is willing to put on the market. They must have been bought by a mega-corp.
