I would recommend going to the store to purchase the DVD.I ordered it from online. I was to recieve it between 12/ 15 to 12/20, it came 12/23 and it was in a thin brown paper package with no packing or cushioning. The case was broke in 2 places and the dvd was sliding round in the case. Lucky there were no scratches on it.
But that is my last time for online ordering from WalMart.

I remember watching this movie when I was very little, I loved it. It still is a good movie. My little boy likes this movie too. Man it really took me back.. lol If you were born in, or grew up in the 80's you may remember it.. A singing, dancing, sarcastic duck.. :)

A cute movie but not really for children. The first half of the movie I really enjoyed. Then one of the characters gets posessed by an evil spirit and that did it for me. Only for adults if you like this sort of movie.

Watched this in the 80's when it came out on cable. Loved it then, and still enjoy it today on wide screen HD. The special effects were "cheesey", but fit the movie (a duck from a parallel universe saves the earth from the Dark Overlord???). Having Howard as a live-action character was more entertaining than an animated one would have been.

I grew up in the 80s and this was one of my favorites.Now thanks to Walmart it is one of my kids favorite.They are 8 and 6 and have watched it 6 times so far and dont seem tired of it yet.

Even though I had to order this online (because that was the only way to get it), I am happy that Howard The Duck has finally come out on DVD. All the featurettes were just whipped topping on an already great dessert.

This movie is very funny. I just got it today and I had not seen it in a few years, but it is funny. I don't understand why people didn't like it back in the day. Thank goodness it came out, finally, on DVD! You can't beat the price, either!
