I ordered this for my husband (who has more shoes than I do). This product would have worked great for my shoes, but for 12 pairs of mens shoes (size 8.5-9) it is not ideal. It looks nice and seems to be very sturdy, but the shoe holders are too close together.
If you have narrow shoes and are smaller in size, than this product will work perfectly!

I've needed a show rack for ages. After looking at many I decided on this one. I was gonna hold out for one that has a door but cost twice as much. Now I think I should have gotten the other one.
The first problem with this one is that the top rack and the second rack are too close together. I wear a size 7 and I can't fit shoes on both levels because they hit eachother vertically and my vans are pretty squeezed together horizontally too. I kinda fixed this problem by putting the pole the opposite way on the second level as you can see in the picture, and though I guess this works it makes it look strange and I can't put it as close to the wall as I was hoping for.
The second problem is that it is a bit wobbly. But my shoes don't weigh a lot and it doesn't look like it would fall appart.
It was super easy to put together and the shoes are easy to grab and see.
Over all, I would not buy this again and I would not recommend it unless it is for women's size 6 and bellow. I think its worth about $10.00 instead of the $18.00 I paid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by OKlady I bought this to put by the front door. It works great and is the perfect size. It looks good. It seems sturdy enough. It was very easy to put together-it only took a couple of minutes and no tools. I am very happy with it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by maideasy The slots to hold the shoes are too close together & it is difficult to get the shoes on & off he rack. It was easy to assemble, no tools needed. It seems fairly sturdy. The slots on the bottom rack make it difficult to store high heel shoes, they keep falling through.

This little rack is perfect for storing shoes. Easily put together, takes up very little space, and keeps 12 pair of shoes off the floor. Would recommend 100%

Rated 2 out of 5 by WalMartseniorshopper I was very anxious to get the shoe rack and sorry to say I was a little disappointed after it arrived and I put it together. Which was not complicated at all. But it's hard to stack two sets of shoes side by side because the wire sections are so close.............and the shoes are hard to get off the wire sections. So I put shoes that I very seldom wear on the shoe rack. I guess if you have very small feet it would help that situation or for young children it might serve the purpose better.

Once You get the shoes on the top racks, & TRY to utililize the bottom shelf (I put my boots there), it makes it hard to use all of the bottom racks for shoes of any kind. We could actually use another one, but don't have the space to put it & this one fits nicely at the bottom of our closet. So I'm learning to just "make do".

Rated 4 out of 5 by cmkm127 This shoe rack is nice, BUT there is not enough space to get the shoes onto each rack. I wear a size 6 and my shoes fit in there just fine, but if you had a bigger shoe I don't believe it would fit. The shelf on the bottom is nice for storing purses.

I love the idea behind this shoe rack. My kids 2 and 5 can neatly put their shoes up, upon entering the house. I only gave it 4 stars because to me it could be better quality. It is very easy to put together and I have had no issues with it. I like this shoe rack way better than the others I have purchased in the past, and it is a very good price.

This works for me, i wear a size 6 womens shoe and do not have any problems with the shoes fitting on the rack as noted in other reviews. The second row could be a little farther down for ease of getting shoes off the rack but it's really not a problem for me.

She shelf is pretty small, so look at dimensions before buy it to make sure you won't be surprised like me. Extremely easy to assemble!

WYSIWYG: it's a shoe rack. Don't expect to fit real shoes (basketball, cross trainers, dress shoes, etc. on the vertical racks. Advertises 12 pairs, but realistically, you'll only fit around 8 pairs. It's a little difficult to get your shoes on and off the lower or rear racks because of the shape of the rack. I wish I had just gone with the traditional flat shelf-style shoe rack.
Build is minimalistic and easy to assemble. The price is right.

If I were to use this shoe rack specifically for my shoes, it would work wonderfully. However, I bought it for my husband and I to share a place to put our everyday shoes, and it does not quite work out. I wear size 7 1/2-8 in womens, and my husband wears size 10, both not very large. We struggled to come up with a solution to being able to place our shoes together on this rack. We had to get creative in placement, whether that was alternating between one of his and one of mine, having the heel of one turned in, and the other turned out, ect. It does have a nice place at the bottom for work boots, or over-sized shoes that do not hang well, which helped. So all in all, I would say this is more for woman's shoes, or small men's shoes.

The shoe holders are too close togethet, and too much room between bottom holders and top holders. It makes the whole rack too high, and interfers with hanging shirts. I read dimensions, but didn't visualize.

Not the sturdiest or most even shoe rack, but I needed the bottom shelf space for taller boots that don't really fit well in other shoe racks. Even after double checking that every part was inserted properly, there's still a little wobble remaining, but it's not expensive and does the job.

This looks nice and all and is a good size but only holds shoes that are small (woman's pumps. etc). If you put men's shoes and sneakers on there, they don't fit.

It was easy to put together but when I got to the last step I realized the product was damanged. :( It was easy to return and my debit card was refunded within 48 hours. I order from Walmart online often and this was the only product that ever arrived damaged. Over all I'm satisfied with most of my purchases, just not this time.

This rack is very nice. It does fit 12 shoes on the top and the shelf can hold quite a few pairs of flip flops or slippers. The shoes can't be very clunky or wide to fit on the rack, I had to maneuver them like a puzzle to get them all on there but it works. I was able to put this together in the dark watching TV in about 5 minutes - no tools required. Overall, it keeps my shoes tidy without taking up too much space in my closet. Quite an approvement over the cardboard box they all shared before.

Very easy to put together. Not super sturdy, but I don't plan on moving it now that it is my closet. Nice little shelf on the bottom for purses, shoeboxes, etc...
There is enough space between the front to back row so the shoes don't touch.

This shoe rack was exactly what I was looking for. Being the online shopper I am, I had too many shoes and they were all over my closet floor. This rack is a good solution for my problem. It is a good size-only 24"- and it holds 16 pairs of shoes! The only criticism I have is the shoe wire holders are a little too close together when it comes to my "clunky" shoes and it makes for a tight fit. Other than that,it is well-made and very easy to put together. All in all, a good buy.
