I really like the adjustable heat settings and the curling iron itself holds snuggly to hair so there isn't any slipping. Makes the job of curling hair much easier and faster. I will eventually purchase another size of the same brand. I have another curling iron just like this one and have had it for about 5 years, but the barrel is smaller. It is still like new even after using it for 5 years. I highly recommend this!

THIS CURLING IRON WORKS GREAT! IT HEATS UP FAST SO YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT AROUND TO DO YOUR HAIR. IT MAKES GREAT CURLS. YOU JUST PUSH UP THE BUTTON AND ITS ON. YOU DONT HAVE TO PUT IT ON DIFFERENT SETTINGS. IT JUST WORKS GREAT! IT DOES MY HAIR PRETTY FAST BECAUSE TI TAKES A SECOND TO MAKE A CURL THAT IT NICE AND TIGHT. MY OLD IRON TOOK SO LONG TO HEAT UP AND YOU HAD TO CHANGE SETTINGS. IF I SHUT IT OFF I HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR IT TO HEAT BACK UP.

I bought this to replace another one that does not get very hot at all. This one really heats up. The only problem is that the stand that props up the heating rod is too short so the heating rod touches the wood dresser below it. this is why I gave 4 stars.

I wanted a product that I could control the heat settings, this goes up to 25 heat settings. It's great, for curly hair. There is no waiting time, heats instant. The price was cheaper than any beauty supply store.

The description said that it had 25 heat settings, but you could only adjust it to every "5." It also said that it included an attached stand but didn't. We returned it for a different brand.
