When purchasing diamonds at Walmart.com, you can be assured that they have passed through a rigorous quality assurance. We also offer diamonds that are certified by the International Gemmological Institute (IGI), the largest independent gem certification and appraisal service in the United States. Renowned for its service and experience, IGI has an unsurpassed reputation for reliability and integrity.

Each diamond from our IGI Certified collection comes with a certificate of authenticity and quality in the beautiful presentation box. We offer three types of certification:

1. A Certificate of Authenticity guarantees your diamond is:

100 percent genuine and naturally brilliant with no artificial fillers or enhancements
Guaranteed diamond weight
Set in genuine gold of the specified purity (such as 14 karat)

2. An Evaluation Report certifies all of the above and also states that your diamond is graded for color and clarity -- the marks of a quality diamond.

3. An Appraisal Summary certifies all of the above and also provides the estimated retail replacement value for insurance purposes.

This certificate comes with every high-quality Keepsake diamond. The document specifies the diamond's exact color, clarity, cut and carat weight.

A Certificate of Authenticity ensures that your Keepsake diamond jewelry is:

Engraved with the Keepsake trademark
Graded for color and clarity -- the signs of a quality diamond

Wal-Mart is so confident of the Keepsake Quality that we are offering a Best Price Guarantee. If you find the same item for less elsewhere, we will match the price plus refund 20 percent of the price difference.

In order to receive the matched price plus 20 percent of the price difference, your claim must be accompanied by the original Wal-Mart receipt and a certification or appraisal from an IGI or GIA certified appraiser, specifying that the other item is the same, or better, in terms of cut, clarity and color. (This policy does not apply to items found at Pawn Shops or Warehouse Clubs and is limited to the local business area within a 50-mile radius of the Wal-Mart location.)
